Girls of the neighborhood

The girls of the neighborhood are a set of women residents, and/or who work in the neighborhood of São Miguel das Encostas-Carcavelos, who wished to collaborate in this project.

The aim was to show that any woman, even with no experience of pose for photo, can be photographed in a way that feels and sees himself in a special way.

In each picture, tried to register beyond the simple model’s face, picking up the soul, the feeling, the character that face, being the mirror of the soul, can transmit.

It was intended to join the irreverence of younger women with the pose serenity of senior women.
